Zahra Charity is an American non-profit (501-C3, EIN# 30-0507924) based in Salt Lake City, State of Utah, United States of America. It was founded in 2009 by Dr. Mohammed Sbai and Dr. Jonathan Fellous.

Since 2009, Dr. Sbai worked tirelessly with colleagues and local community leaders in Salt Lake City metropolis, especially at the University of Utah campus. Dr. Sbai presented the Zahra Charity project and vision on many occasions and places. These efforts paid off on September 1st 2015, when Zahra Charity start the Moulay Ali Institute for Rehabilitation in Marrakech city.

Dr. Mohammed Sbai and Neuro-therapist Imane Bentahar. Imane was the first therapist to benefit from medical training sponsored by Zahra Charity both in Morocco and the United States. She helped start the MAIR facility on September 1st, 2015
